   Zizo Aku, PhD, CPTD  | President

Zizo is a Talent Development professional with extensive experience in leadership development, process and productivity improvements, performance management, and curriculum design. Zizo holds a doctorate in Management from Walden University and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification. He is driven by a desire to see organizational leaders and employees advance both personally and professionally and is the current President of the ATDCFL chapter executive board.

   Kathy Akbari, SCA, PHR, SHRM-CP | VP of Membership

Kathy is a Senior Consultant with more than a decade of learning and development experience. Kathy holds a Master of Information Systems from the University of Phoenix She has a breadth of experience having worked in multiple environments including healthcare, education, & technology. Kathy has served on the board in several positions, including chapter President in 2016.

   Rosa Espinal Past President

Rosa is a Talent Development professional with 25+ years of experience in industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail and hospitality. She currently is the Learning & Development Manager at CareerSource Central Florida. Rosa has been an active member of the Chapter since 2012 and has served in various volunteer roles - Director of Site Selection (2012-2014), VP of Professional Development (2015-2016), and President (2018). As Past President, Rosa will continue to leverage her strengths in project management, leadership, and communication to support the 2020 Board of Directors and ATDCFL members.

   Kristina Grant, CPLP | VP of Finance

Kristina is a Leadership Development and Learning Consultant at Express Scripts with extensive experience designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs. Her experience spans the hospitality, retail, and healthcare industries. Currently acting VP of Finance, Kristina joined the ATD Central Florida Chapter in 2008. Since joining, she has served in multiple board roles including two-time Co-Director of ATD ICE Volunteers, VP of Member Services, and 2017 President. Kristina leverages her strengths in leadership, communication, and strategic planning to support ATD CFL members.

   Lisa Anne Zoldi | VP of Communication

Lisa Anne hails from New Jersey and recently moved to Orlando. She has an amazing background as a former educator and videographer. She's the creator of the "in the Know" monthly Chapter blog and supports ATDCFL brochure designs and social media campaigns. Lisa Anne recently completed her ATS Certificate in Instructional Design and is excited to crossover from education to the workplace learning world.

   Marcela Iannini, DBA, MFA | Director of Program Planning

Marcela Iannini serves as ATDCFL's Director of Program Planning. Marcela is a learning designer with experience applying the design thinking process to learning experiences. She possesses an MFA and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

   Carlene Sterling, MSOD | Director of Member Services

Carlene serves as ATDCFL’s Director of Member services, is also an Adjunct business and leadership development Instructor with more than 20 years combined experience in academia and corporate settings.  She has held leadership roles in higher education and training and organizational development in banking, entertainment, and insurance for organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Sallie Mae, Rollins College, and Columbia College of Missouri.

   Heide Bostelmann-Heider, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP| Director of Registration

Heide Bostelmann-Heider has extensive experience in Talent Development and has held leadership positions in the areas of HR and Organizational Development, Training, Coaching, and Performance Improvement in Fortune 500 organizations in industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Accounting, Consulting, Banking, Hospitality, and Higher Education. She currently designs Short Sims and e-learning projects.  She previously served on the board of SHRM and ATD where she led successful mentoring programs.  Heide holds a Master in HR Management with a concentration in HR Development from Webster University, and a Graduate Certification in Instructional Design and Simulation from UCF. She is an avid researcher and published author. Heide has a Project Management Certification from Penn State University, and a SHRM-CP and HRCI-PHR Certification.

   Kelsey Neumann | Director of Communications

Kelsey Neumann is an experienced higher education professional with a specialization in assessment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Statistics, and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology on the Instructional Systems track, both from the University of Central Florida. During her undergraduate career, she was on the Executive Board of the UCF chapter of the International Honor Society in Psychology as the Historian. In this role, she gained experience in visual design for events and marketing, and looks forward to serving the Central Florida ATD chapter with these skills.

   Janine Gomez | Director of Business Development/Sponsorship

Janine Gomez has a diverse professional background spanning decades in various business market segments which represent banking, retail, elementary and higher education, hospitality, government, real estate, healthcare, and consulting. Her career has focused primarily on Marketing, Consultative Sales, and Training and Development. Janine earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Rollins College in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and an MBA from Kaplan University. She spent most of her career with the Walt Disney Company with a dual role as a Naval Reservist. She believes in the mission of ATD at the national and local levels since it provides such a positive venue for collaboration with some of the strongest talent around the world and within the community.

   Elizabeth Castaneda | Director of Social Media

Elizabeth Castaneda is a trusted learning leader with 15+ years of experience developing and delivering high quality learning solutions across multiple lines of business. She is passionate about learning and the learner experience and uses this drive to be an advocate for diversity & inclusion, mentoring, and inspiring others to share their knowledge. As a Disney cast member she managed facilitators who provided training to over 900 Disney cast members. She was an inaugural member of the Disney TED Training/Master class development program and helped teams leverage the TED style in their storytelling and connecting with people. During her tenure at Loews, Elizabeth collaborated with senior leaders to identify, develop, and implement solutions that drove key Guest service performance indicators. Elizabeth’s mission is to help enlighten all from the young to the young at heart by leveraging innovative technology, interweaving client and business needs for the advancement and benefit for client, person and the business.

   Vacant |VP of Programs

As VP of Programs, you are in charge of ensuring our members have the best year-round learning and networking experiences. This position is ideal for leaders that create strategic impact for the Chapter building local partnerships with venue and speaker networks.

   Vacant | VP of Business Development

As VP of Business Development, you generate revenue streams for the Chapter. Although we are a non-profit organization, we partner with many businesses to fund our operations and amazing events we host. This position is critical for Chapter success and requires someone with the skills to engage strangers in conversation and show the value proposition of our Chapter efforts.
