We are the Association for Talent Development Central Florida Chapter or ATDCFL, an award-winning leader in the professional development of Talent and Development enthusiasts in the greater Orlando area and beyond.

We meet at least once a month virtually for professional networking and learning sessions about all areas of workplace learning. We also host virtual events with renowned speakers in the industry on the most relevant topics and maintain a library of those recordings.
