 Featuring

Dr. Mimi B. Hull, Ph.D.

What is leadership?  What are the attributes and characteristics of best and worst leaders? What is management? Is leadership more important than management or vice versa?  Attend this program and learn not only the answers to these and many other burning leadership questions but also how you can improve your training, consulting and coaching through leadership!

During this upbeat, positive, participatory program, Dr. Mimi Hull will guide you through a DiSC® Experience and other interactive exercises to help you start to discover your behavioral style and how your style influences your leadership strengths.

Participants will learn:

  • To identify their behavioral style, its strengths and challenges
  • How their behavioral style affects the way they work with others and how others work with them
  • How to create a learning and consulting environment that supports all behavioral styles

We learn while we laugh.  The information is not only useful in leadership or training but also in life in general.
