Research continues to show a 30% or less success rate for change!

This is not an encouraging statistic! What is it that hinders successful execution?

This program will examine six key factors we can use to improve the odds.  The program will draw on audience insights, research and stellar case studies to reveal what we can do to fix the common mistakes and ensure that our change effort results make our expectations.

Organizations spend countless hours developing change plans in pursuit of competitive advantage and sustained success.  While inspirational change ideas create excitement, actually it is important to separate the sizzle from the steak which is successfully executing the change.

During this program you will discover:

1.     What key factors must be included in the organization change planning process?

2.     What blind spots derail change efforts?

3.     What can you do to gain active support for executing the change?

Dr. Mary's book "Brilliance or Blunder" will be available for sale for $15 for ATDCFL members.
