“High Impact Human Capital Strategy: How to Address Major Challenges Faced by Organizations Today”

The classic human capital strategy is to attract, recruit, hire, onboard, equip, and retain the right talent with a competitive salary to achieve organizational goals and objectives.  In today’s global climate, this is not enough to make maximum use of human capital. Employees know the difference between being considered an expendable resource cost vs a valued human capital investment.

The 2015 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends report indicates the top two concerns among executives are organizational climate and employee engagement.  The Conference Board’s 2015 CEO Challenge report found that the top strategy for operational excellence is raising employee engagement.

Organizations must learn to address these and other challenging forces to insure that they optimize their valued human capital by wisely investing in it.

A 21st Century high-impact human capital strategy, using real-time big data and talent development analytics, will lead to more engaged, committed, and productive employees who enjoy coming to work because they feel valued and part of a positive work environment reinventing itself for a shared future of success.

This session will discuss those issues.

Participants will learn:

  • Critical forces that organizations consider when crafting a human capital strategy.
  • How to consider revisions of their human capital strategy, pulling in some of the critical forces that are important.
  • How to implement a system for accountability that includes identifying human capital role (vs title) competency needs and measuring success with analytics and big data at the individual and enterprise levels as well as all levels in between to create a culture that values and invests in its human capital.
