Speedback Feedback!

Caja Kelly

 Thursday,  April 28, 2016

5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Nova Southeastern University (Orlando Campus)

  • Do you or others in your organization struggle with coaching others?
  • Does the thought of having to give feedback make you (them) cringe?
  • Is feedback avoided due to "time constraints" or environment?

Speedback can help!

Speedback is the art of providing feedback in the moment, in 60 seconds or less!

Speed Feedback is designed to be delivered quickly and without angst or pain. This method is particularly helpful for frontline supervisors or those developing new managers and supervisors. Speedback uses three easy steps to deliver feedback on time and in the moment.

In this session you will:

  • Learn how to coach and teach in-the-moment with Speedback, or Speed Feedback.
  • Learn how to deliver quick feedback and remove the fear from coaching.
  • Apply skills learned as coach, coachee, and observer in coaching scenarios they design.

During this event we will collect items for Dress for Success of Greater Orlando. Bring new or gently used items to donate to this worthy cause.
