Beyond This Point There Will Be Dragons

"Managing Dynamic Change"

Featuring Gerry Hoeffner, President Personnel Dynamics Consulting

“Faced with the choice between changing one’s mind and proving that there is no need to do so, almost everybody gets busy on the proof.”

                               - John Kenneth Galbraith

Today’s fast-paced economy demands that businesses either change or die.  The competitive pressures keep increasing, the pace of change keeps accelerating and companies must continually search for higher level of quality, service and overall business agility.  The treadmill moves faster, companies work harder, but results improve slowly or not at all.  Few companies manage corporate transformations well as they would like. It is said that anywhere from 50 to 80 percent of all change initiatives fail.  Why is this and how do you alter the results?

“Managing Dynamic Change” looks into the dynamics of change and what you can do to create an organization that fosters a pro-active change effort that is successful.

In this program you will discover:

  • Why must we change
  • Why do change initiatives fail
  • How do we all deal with change
  • What to do with resistors to change
  • How do you prepare yourself for a changing work environment
  • How to create an organization that embraces change
