Getting "Buy-In" w/the C-Suite!

April 19, 2018

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Until we can tie digitally delivered learning to business strategy, we will struggle to get acceptance to try new learning approaches. We need to change our framing from “here is a cool new solution” to “here is how this new approach supports our business strategy focus on digital transformation”.

CEB data tells us that just 12% of L&D staff currently feel comfortable challenging the line on talent relevant business decisions” (New Roles Emerging for Learning and Development, by Martin & Handcock). L&D professionals need to be proactive influencers to guide the business to solve skill gaps in the business, rather than just being ‘order takers’.

In our session, ‘Getting buy-in from the C-Suite’ you’ll hear from a panel of learning influencers as they share their best practices for moving organizations to digital solutions.

Meet our Panel of Experts:
