Webinar

Working from home is the new reality for many of us. We’re surrounded by distracting technology. Our kids or spouse may need something in the middle of a task. We see a notification and feel pressured to respond immediately.

Does this leave you unfocused, unhappy, and struggling to find time?

Grab a sandwich and join us for this lunch and learn session. We’ll introduce practical tools for focus and provide a hands-on experience for working more productively individually and with your teams and clients.

We’ll start by introducing the neuroscience behind the Caveday methodology for overcoming distraction and pushing past internal resistance. Then we’ll run a short cave “sprint” so you can apply the methodology to a real world task. We’ll finish with a few best practices and tactical tips to maintain and build strong, focused work cultures on remote and hybrid teams.

You will finish this 75-minute session and get some work done!

Session Assignment: Bring a short task (about 10 minutes to complete) and materials to complete it. Example: E-mail response or organizing files.

Key Takeaways

  • Explore the science behind why it’s so hard to focus and what we can do about it
  • Apply the Caveday methodology to avoid distraction, overcome procrastination, and minimize decision fatigue
  • Discuss ways to keep ourselves, our teams, and our clients motivated when working remotely
