If you are planning on upskilling yourself this year and unsure about how to go about it, the new ATD Capability model focuses on the knowledge and skills that will empower the growth and development of talent development professionals. The new model provides a roadmap for navigating new opportunities.
Join Zizo Aku, CPTD for an interactive discussion about the change from the old ATD Competency Model to the new ATD Talent Development Capability Model. This event is brought to you by ATD Central Florida’s Super Interesting Group (SIG) and is a forum where people meet to chat about current L&D related topics.
These sessions are live and not recorded.
By the end of this session you will learn about: The changes from the Old Competency Model to the New Capability Model and how the new model can support your professional development. We will discuss the change from the CPLP to the new CPTD certification and updates to the APTD certification. We will also discuss why pursuing a professional certification would be beneficial as well as eligibility, examinations, preparations, and the application process for the ATD certifications.
