Dr. Terri Horton is a workforce futurist, artificial intelligence business strategist and founder of FuturePath, LLC. She is a future of work expert and her expertise sits at the intersection of the future of work, artificial intelligence and the relative impact to industries, organizations, people and careers. She consults, speaks, coaches and trains executives to develop agile leaders, talent and teams so that they can adapt, compete, scale and thrive in the future of work. 

Dr. Horton is a widely recognized thought-leader on the future of work and organizational transformation. Dr. Horton holds a doctorate in Education focused on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, Master of Arts in Organizational Management, MBA- Marketing, micro-credentials in AI Business Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Data Analytics from Cornell University. She is EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 certified with expertise in Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, holds multiple industry credentials in human resources and is a lecturer at Cornell University, UCLA and CSULA. 

Some of Dr. Horton’s current projects include working with a global ecommerce company to evaluate hiring algorithms to be more empathic and reduce unconscious bias and with a global consulting firm on engaging millennials and Gen Z in the workplace.
