Dr. Horton holds a doctorate in Education focused on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, Master of Arts in Organizational Management, MBA- Marketing, micro-credentials in AI Business Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Data Analytics from Cornell University. She is EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 certified with expertise in Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, holds multiple industry credentials in human resources and is a lecturer at Cornell University, UCLA and CSULA.
Some of Dr. Horton’s current projects include working with a global ecommerce company to evaluate hiring algorithms to be more empathic and reduce unconscious bias and with a global consulting firm on engaging millennials and Gen Z in the workplace.
