  • Understand and respect generational differences and commonalities.
  • Anticipate common generational clash points and develop strategies to navigate them.
  • Identify how generational differences may affect communication and teamwork.
  • Increase awareness for different generational needs and motivations.
  • Build relationships and cohorts across generational divides.
  • Turn negative stereotypes into positive working relationships.

Isabella Johnston specializes in adult learning & development, servant leadership, peer and reverse mentoring, and team communications. Isabella is the founder and owner of multiple startups that focus on the future of work. She is a serial entrepreneur with multiple startups. She is certified to facilitate training with e-Stimate Personality Assessment, Leadership, Asana, and Co-Starters. Isabella has a BA in English from Rollins College, MBA from Belhaven University, and all but dissertation for a PhD in Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry University. Her startups are:

  • Intern Pursuit, an intelligent intern management platform for employers. The proprietary algorithm matches human to human based on job preferences, 21st Century PowerSkills, and culture fit saving time, money, and effort.
  • The IP Learning Academy develops skills and upskills both the employee and intern.

  • Pivot Business Consulting, which specializes in process improvement, team communication, and leadership development.
  • Cat 5 Studios A video and game production company producing serious games and videos for HR and training use as well as entertainment and marketing distribution.
