Evaluating Impact via Surveys to Enhance Organizational Development and Culture

Maintenance and continual improvement are crucial to talent development.

How do you know if your efforts are achieving your organization’s objectives?

How effective are your activities?

Assessment provides a North Star for building your organization’s learning and performance capacity. Well-designed surveys can elicit invaluable information about employees’ attitudes and behaviors and collective organizational impact.

In this interactive session, participants will learn why, when, and how to use surveys to collect data needed to assess  progress toward project success factors. We will discuss keys to designing an effective survey so that participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on the purpose for launching a survey to align with their needs.
  • Discuss how strategies yield actionable information for their organizations.
  • Draft survey items that address their organization’s needs or opportunities.
  • This session will conclude with a brief discussion of analyzing and reporting survey results.
