Talent Development Essentials The Value of Certification!

Are you new to Talent Development, in a career transition, looking to upskill, or trying to decide if getting certified is worth your time and money?

You're in luck because our Talent Development Essentials Super Interesting Group (SIG) is for people interested in, or already have responsibilities related to developing and/or delivering training and seek a greater understanding of the Talent Development profession. You do not need to have “Training” in your title. If this sounds like you, this is a great place to connect and learn more!

Join Anita Torres, CPTD and Zizo Aku, CPTD for an interactive discussion about the Value of the APTD/CPTD Certifications. This event is an open forum where people meet to discuss current Talent Development related topics.

These sessions are live and recorded.

By the end of this session you will learn about:

  • How valuable the APTD/CPTD certifications are.
  • The immediate impact, return on investment (ROI), and competitive edge these certifications provide.
  • Why you should get certified now.
