Program Description:

Kathy Ryan, author of the book, "You Have to Say the Words" An Integrity-Based Approach for Tackling Tough Conversations and Maximizing Performance, which recently won a 2012 Royal Palm Literary Award, will share her thoughts for handling those tough conversations. Through tough conversations, leaders can learn how to maximize the performance of others and improve their overall feedback skills. Join Kathy for an evening of insight, growth, and professional development. A copy of her latest book will also be given away as a door prize!

Facilitator Bio:

KATHY RYAN, SPHR, is an award-winning author and owner of Pinnacle Coaching Group, LLC. Over the last 25 years, Kathy has influenced thousands of people in the business and non-profit sectors through her coaching, speaking and on-site training. She is able to deliver practical wisdom with a perfect balance of reality-based advice and light-hearted humor. Her expertise covers a wide range of subjects including leadership, communication, human resources management, motivation, team dynamics, performance management and personal development.

Kathy has a degree in psychology and history from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and has earned a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management. She has been certified in the use of the Myer-Briggs Type Assessment (MBTI) since 1995, and uses it, as well as other assessments, as tools for self-discovery in her consulting and coaching practice.

Kathy is author of the book, "You Have to Say the Words" An Integrity-Based Approach for Tackling Tough Conversations and Maximizing Performance, which recently won a 2012 Royal Palm Literary Award. She has written and published numerous articles on leadership and other personal development topics, as well as producing the blog, Inspired Leadership, at www.CoachKathyRyan.com .

Pre-Paid registrations will not be refunded after the fifth day and pending confirmations will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt.
