Program Description:

Building Your Leadership Bench focuses on the why and how of implementing a strong leadership development program. An organization’s leadership development practices have significant impact on the future growth of an organization. This session will cover the why, who, and deliverables of a successful leadership development model. It will discuss resources and how to include corporate partners for continued success. An organization not only needs a strong bench of future leaders it needs a high trained bench ready to jump in as first string players at a moment’s notice.

Learning Objectives:

1) Recognize the ROI of leadership development and advocate in their organization.

2) Determine who and what makes a strong bench.

3) Develop a program that meets the specific business needs of their organization.

Featured Presenter:


Gina Dole is a human capital professional who demonstrates both a generalist’s ability to perform across a wide range of areas comprised by the fields of human resources and public administration as well as a specialist’s talent for understanding the nuances and fine details of each. Gina often works as an internal consultant, strategically designing and implementing business practices that are simultaneously compliant with employment laws and aligned with organizational goals.

With educational achievements in the areas of public relations, public administration, law, and other complementary subjects, Gina has helped multiple companies limit employer liability and increase profitability. During her career she has:

  • Developed and implemented a curriculum to develop district leaders specifically in the areas of operational performance, employee satisfaction, and employer liability.
  • Managed employee relations processes for two learning communities, including the resolution of complex employee issues, reduction of employee misconduct cases, interpretation of labor laws, and establishment of positive relationships with collective bargaining units. 
  • Directed all areas of human capital development, including performance management and retention efforts, compensation, labor relations, diversity, benefits,  talent management, risk management, departmental and company-wide strategic design, and payroll administration.

Pre-Paid registrations will not be refunded after the fifth day and pending confirmations will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt.
