Jenny will demonstrate the Prescriptive Testing Lectora template her team is using for e-learning. The learner takes a pre-test that tests them out of taking required lessons AND removes those lesson questions from the post test.

Jenny provides action-packed learning to corporate and business. She puts the DO in professional development, encouraging learners to do and act rather than sit and listen or sit and read. She started as an academic teacher, then became a corporate trainer in banking, leadership, and project management. Since obtaining a Masters in Instructional Design, she developed a 1000 page online systems training Website for the Department of Defense, designed blended, VILT, and ILT training for new hire sales and sales management in the financial sector, and is now creating eLearning for AT&T technicians in the communications sector. She uses Photoshop, Lectora, Articulate Presenter and Storyline.
