Join us as we partner with the CFC International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) to help build your network and bring some fun to the sizzling summer season.

Join us for refreshments and lots of great conversation. During the evening, you'll have a chance to learn more about each chapter and participate in networking activities focused on opportunities to create a mentoring culture while meeting industry professionals from the Central Florida area. We are also collecting donations for Children's Home Society of Florida. Help us give back to our local community by donating new school supplies such as backpacks, calculators, notebooks, pens, and pencils.

NSU is a not-for-profit, independent university that is classified as a research university with “high research activity” by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, and is one of only 37 universities nationwide to also be awarded Carnegie’s Community Engagement Classification. We have approximately 27,000 students, 162,000 alumni, a sprawling, 314-acre Fort Lauderdale-Davie campus and a presence throughout Florida, the U.S. and nine countries around the world. Through five decades of explosive growth, our reputation for academic excellence and innovation continues to flourish.

Information about Children's Home Society Back to School Drive:

Imagine starting the new school year without any supplies. No backpack. No paper. No pencils. Many families who come to Children’s Home Society of Florida for help are struggling to put food on the table so school supplies are hardly a priority, but showing up to school without basic supplies can be very
embarrassing and discouraging for children. Positive academic experiences are essential to their confidence and potential, so please help these children start the new school year successfully.

This summer, we need to collect backpacks and school supplies for more than 2,000 children and teens in the Central Florida community.  See the attached Back to School Drive flyer for details on how you can help kids go back to school with the tools they need.  In addition, I have attached a guide on organizing a Back to School Drive with helpful tips to support your efforts.  We also need volunteers in late July and early August to organize supplies and stuff backpacks.  Please let us know if you can get a group together to help! Together, we can prepare our children for a successful school year!

You may be able to submit for

CPLP re-certification credit.

As a friendly reminder, cancellations are due no less than 5 days prior to the program. Pre-Paid registrations will not be refunded after the fifth day and pending confirmations will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt. This policy will remain in effect as an effort to cover catering expense and unsold seating created by holding your reservation. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Photos are often taken during the program meeting to be used for newsletters, the website, social media and marketing purposes.  If you prefer not to appear in the image, please let the photographer know at the meeting.
