As the Head of Leadership & Talent Development at CFE Federal Credit Union, Jordan oversees the organization’s talent strategy and leads an ever-expanding team in delivering on their mission to “deliver transformative learning experiences that elevate our people, company, and community”.

He also hosts their weekly employee-run podcast, WeConnect@CFE. Having devoted the last decade to designing innovative and highly engaging learning solutions for everyone from Fortune 500 companies like Starbucks and Wyndham to small- and mid-sized enterprises, Jordan knows how to get people excited about learning. As a professional improviser, Jordan has performed extensively throughout Central Florida as well as at the world’s largest improv festival, the Del Close Marathon, in New York City.
