You are a trainer, you help people every day but, are you truly facilitating learning? Learning facilitation is a different level of professional practice not many Learning and Development (L&D) professionals are practicing it to the fullest.

In this 3-hour workshop you will network and learn how to be a great facilitator by collaborating with others in knowing what not to do and the best practices to avoid it.

Come to network, learn, practice and show your facilitation skills. This session will enable you to:

  1. Differentiate between learning facilitation of adult learners vs training instruction
  2. Discuss best practices for learning facilitation
  3. Identify visual design tips to improve your learning facilitation sessions

Join our host, Alexander Salas, CPLP, as he facilitates this workshop where participants share their experience, evaluate one another and receive invaluable feedback.

Attention Learning Leaders

This is an excellent learning opportunity for your staff as they will exchange experiences with expert-level presenters, designers and facilitators.

See you at PBA University! Room 108
