Melissa Smith, Managing Partner of The Training Clinic, has over 30 years experience managing, designing and delivering management development programs; coaching executives to improve group process and personal skills; and assisting organizations in planning and implementing culture changes.  A skilled professional development trainer, her approach is based on action learning principles and is tailored for a specific purpose and output.  In addition to developing Talent Development professionals, Melissa has been actively using Temperament, Interaction Styles and 16 Types with groups and individuals to help them honor individual differences for over 20 years.

Maria Chilcote, Managing Partner of The Training Clinic, has over 30 years of experience in the learning and development field including consulting, training, instructional design, building and developing training teams, and performance management. In addition to learning and development, Maria also has over 30 years of experience in leadership and management development including coaching executives and facilitating strategic planning.

Maria is co-owner of The Training Clinic, along with her partner Melissa Smith.  They have been diligent in providing a collaborative partnership experience for their clients in solving organizational performance problems.
