Webinar
This session will overview the phases, outputs, tasks and teams for conducting a Curriculum Architecture Design (CAD) effort using a facilitated Group Process with Master Performers and Other Subject Matter Experts as needed, an ISD methodology the speaker has been using since 1981, and has conducted for his clients an ISD consultant 76 times since 1982. Several of his efforts were submitted by his clients and received awards from ISPI and ATD and for internal awards at General Motors and at Siemens Building Technologies.

CAD efforts produce performance-based T&D Paths of modular Instruction, including Standalone Job Aids, Job Aids embedded in Training, and Training for when memorization and/or honing critical skills is required back on the job. Guy will also point to dozens of free resources available on his website to help others conduct CAD efforts.
