We have almost made it to the end of 2020! When we look back at this year Learning & Development will be the Superstar and main character of almost every 2020 story! So grab your favorite holiday drink and snacks to enjoy while we have some playing virtual holiday games and hear from our 2020 Holiday Showdown contestants!
The Holiday Showdown has been a tradition for almost 10 years and COVID is not stopping us in 2020! This year we are giving it a MICRO-twist. We are looking for five (5) contestants who are not afraid to try this virtually! Contestants will present a topic of their choice within the 4-minute limit. Think MICRO-Learning! Contestants will be judged by the audience (virtual vote) on: (1) Originality, (2) Entertainment, and (3) Learning Value.

ATD Talent Capability Model


Zizo is a learning and development professional combining extensive leadership, training, and course development experience. His most recent work experience was with Kaplan Higher Education Corporation as a training manager. In addition, his background includes experience in the automotive industry and in military aviation. Zizo currently serves on the ATDCFL chapter board as the President Elect. He holds a doctorate in Management from Walden University, the CPTD certification, and is passionate about implementing training programs and helping leaders and employees develop their careers.


Rosa is a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years of experience in talent development in industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail and hospitality. She currently is the Learning & Development Manager at CareerSource Central Florida. Rosa has been a member of the ATD Central Florida Chapter and active on the board since 2012 in various roles including Chapter President in 2018. Rosa's mantra is: “Learning is an experience, not a program.”
