Talent Development Essentials SIG!

Are you new to the Talent Development field, in a career transition, or looking to upskill by utilizing a variety of resources ATD provides?

You're in luck because our brand-new Talent Development Essentials Super Interesting Group (SIG) is for people interested in, or already have responsibilities related to developing and/or delivering training and seek a greater understanding of the Talent Development profession. You do not need to have “Training” in your title. If this sounds like you, this is a great place to connect and learn more!

Join Anita Torres, CPTD and Zizo Aku, CPTD for an interactive discussion about Talent Development Essentials. This event is brought to you by ATD Central Florida’s Super Interesting Group (SIG) and is a forum where people meet to chat about current Talent Development related topics.

These sessions are live and recorded.

By the end of this session you will learn about:

  • The Talent Development Capability Model and domains.
  • Using this concept to focus on your own professional development.
  • The value of professional credentialing.
