Ever wonder how to develop your skills as a consultant? How to start your own consulting business? How to strengthen your internal consulting skills to influence and improve your organization? Seema Rafay


Seema Rafay is the Founding Principal of Spectrum Performance Management, a global talent management firm, providing expertise in workforce assessments, performance management, effective communication, customer service, sales and leadership development. She assists organizations in building world class cultures by instilling an inclusive, yet equitable 'hire for performance' mindset. Her core strengths include right-fit selection and recruitment consulting, leadership coaching and development for optimum performance as well as succession planning.

Seema’s background includes over 20 years of working with organizations in Canada and the USA. She combines her top performing career in sales management and business development in retail and financial services, with an MBA in Human Resources and International Business from Keller Graduate School of Business to deliver results for her clients. Today, she serves a wide spectrum of industries ranging from manufacturing to call center, that vary in employee size from 200 to over 50,000. Seema serves on the board of Central Florida Employment Council and is a Founders' Club member and strategic partner of Profiles International, a leading global provider of workforce assessments. In addition to being member of various HR and management associations, Seema has published articles on talent management, leadership development, succession planning and workforce retention issues. Seema is an advocate of self-management techniques, inspirational leadership, self-empowerment and the empowerment of others. Seema Rafay is a regular presenter at regional and state SHRM conferences across North America.

Pre-Paid registrations will not be refunded after the fifth day and pending confirmations will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt.
