Meet the Panel

Myra Roldan


Myra is a technologist who brings a unique mix of technical, business, and adult education expertise to the game. She is a TEDx speaker, author, and subject matter expert in competency development and effective learning delivery.

Her superpower is her natural ability to make complex technical subjects easy-to-understand by breaking concepts down in a way that is easy to consume, process, and apply.

Ron Price


Chief Learning Officer Yukon Learning Ron has over 35 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, instructional design, spiritual development, and experiential learning. His unique background has allowed him to support a wide range of customers, from schools like Duke University and Harvard Business School to multinational corporations like Sanofi, Amazon, BP, and Pepsico. 

In 2002, Ron founded “Real-ationships”, a consulting firm and outdoor challenge course devoted to assisting individuals and organizations in increasing their performance while developing and maintaining authenticity and integrity.

After joining Yukon Learning in 2008, Ron began working closely with the Articulate engineers and community team to design and develop the certified training programs for the Articulate suite of tools. Ron enjoys facilitating training sessions and designing e-Learning solutions for Yukon Learning customers, but his real job is working to help maintain Yukon Learning’s “best-in-class” culture.

JD Dillon

JD is the founder of LearnGeek. He helps organizations reimagine their approach to learning and performance so every employee has the support they need to do their best work today while developing the skills they'll need to be successful tomorrow.

Over the past 20 years, he has worked with some of the world's most dynamic brands, including Disney, Kaplan, AMC, Brambles and Axonify. JD's research is focused on high-impact modern learning practices, including artificial intelligenceecosystem architecture, personalization, digital transformation, knowledge sharing and microlearning.

Sierra Marquardt

Sierra is a Program Manager for the Learning Guild. She is instrumental in designing the learning experiences for the Guild's many conference offerings. 

Pamela Hogle


Pamela S. Hogle, a program manager at The Learning Guild, focuses on eLearning technology and trends and explores the ways that L&D professionals can lead changes in mindset and behavior throughout their organizations. She brings these interests to her work creating engaging and relevant content for Learning Solutions magazine and Learning Guild conferences. An experienced journalist, technical writer, and eLearning content developer, Pam has worked in Israel and the United States. She holds master’s degrees in journalism and human-canine life sciences.

Sean McClean

Sean McClean holds the designation of Master trainer for one of the world’s most innovative technology companies. Sean has been involved with training and implementation of IT Service Management tools and processes for governments, academia, and fortune 500 companies for almost three decades. His expertise ranges from technical implementation and development to IT process, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation. His contributions to the Technical and Training / Facilitation fields span national and international conference presentations, articles and reviews for organizations such as ATD, ZDNet, TFT, SupportWorld, and more.


Rosa Espinal-Perry 

Rosa is a life-long learner and Learning and Development professional with over 20+ years of experience in talent development in industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail and hospitality. She has been actively involved with ATDCFL as a chapter leader since 2012. Rosa currently supports all learning initiatives at CareerSource Central Florida.
