Cracking the Leadership Code

Today's workforce (59% of whom are Gen Y and Z) seek a new type of leader, better equipped to navigate the speed and complexity of our post-pandemic workplace. Employees want to work in organizations with a clear sense of purpose, with leaders who connect with empathy, communicate with authenticity, and collaborate with transparency. Learn to shorten your leadership learning curve and accelerate your leadership growth. This engaging session will illuminate the hidden reasons why leading today is so difficult. You'll walk away with three practical tools you can apply immediately to start becoming the leader you aspire to be.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand why the current state of leadership is poor.
  • Recognize the three secrets to building strong leaders.
  • Apply a tool to become a better connector.
  • Identify the most common communication trap.
  • Use a tool to avoid communication breakdowns.
  • Know why most leaders get motivation wrong.
  • Help motivate others successfully.
