To kick off #ATDCFL2023PROGRAMS, we have invited Seth Deming from Stukent to share how simulated experiences provide L&D practitioners a unique approach for training learners. 

During the webinar, Seth will share how simulated experiences:

  • Are an engaging and fun learning environment
  • Provide fun team-building experiences for inter-departmental teams
  • Facilitate cross functional communication in organizations
  • Enhance training, upskilling and onboarding processes for large and small companies

Seth's focus is on helping businesses and educators help employees, and students help the world. He inspires leaders to invest in the success of their people every day!
Seth is passionate about truly helping others to know the most important skills around working well with people. Studying books such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People", "Leadership and Self Deception", "The Anatomy of Peace" and many others, he has developed a deep passion for helping others to have similar psychological and emotional transformations. We can all grow and improve each day!

Maria Francis-Rodriguez

ATDCFL - VP OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS

Maria Francis Rodriguez is a faithful woman, wife, and mother of two. She is a certified lean six sigma green belt and a dynamic facilitator of learning experiences for personal and organizational development. 

Maria is currently focused on developing her business as a consultant for process and performance improvements, (MFR SOLUTION TEAM - www.mfrsolution.com).  With more than 25 years of experience involved in business operation and sales, Maria has acquired the skills and knowledge to help leaders and organizations to strive for excellence in areas of personal, professional, and organizational development. As she likes to say, her values and passion for helping others to reach their potential are what drive her mission of assisting others in raising the standards. 

Maria has been involved in educational programs, organizational and scholarship committee and coaching activities for children and adults in her community for many years. She has been an active member of ATDCFL for several years, first as the SIG - Space Coast Director, and currently as the VP of Program Operations. She is a facilitator of Fast Start Program for MBA students at the University of Tampa. She is currently working on her certification as public speaker with NSA of Central Florida, looking forward to continuing improving her own skills and always serve others with excellence. Maria's motto is "We Sow Values, Modeling Personal Excellence."
