About The Stubborn Mule 

The Stubborn Mule is an innovative New American Restaurant that pays tribute to the classic Moscow Mule Cocktail. It's owned and operated by two graduates of The Culinary Institute of America. They partner with local farmers, fisheries, and small businesses to create their playful food and cocktail menus.
